 Just the FAQs What payment methods do you accept? We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. If you are a Neanderthal type living in a cave without a credit card and would like to pay via Paypal, check, or money order, we can do it. Contact csr@shorttimers.com for info on how to proceed with alternate payment methods. Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses? Absolutely. That is what we live for at Shorttimers Ltd. Well, that and a few other classified pastimes. We ship to APO and FPO addresses. We use the United States Postal Service and more on that later. If you want to ship to an APO or FPO address, put the United States as the country, and domestic shipping options and rates will apply. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please email us at csr@shorttimers.com with your location and we will get it fixed in record time. Attention International Buyers. Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Shorttimers Ltd, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. So keep some change handy. What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost? We ship mainly via the United States Postal Service. The rates are based on location, package weight, and shipping method. The site can calculate your shipping cost. Once you place items in your cart you are provided a shipping estimator on the right side of the screen. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price.

First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however, and we are not making this up, information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated by the Unite States Postal Service until the day your package is delivered, and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox. Never underestimate the speed of true Shorttimers. Fortunately, we can defend the country far better than we can send a package across the country. Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order.
For international orders you receive the customs form number which may or may not be used to track the package. Sorry, we didn't design the systems. I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt. First, believe us when we say we are sorry. We know it is a hassle for you because it really jacks things up around here. If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at csr@shorttimers.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you quicker than boom. I have a great idea for a shirt! Do you want to buy it? Maybe. If you have a good idea, send it to creative@shorttimers.com, and if we would like to make it we can work something out. The least you will get if we use your idea is a free shirt. We will even let you pick it out yourself. If you have a lot of ideas, you have got a better chance of ending up in the money. You are not limited to one idea per email. I am a designer, are you hiring? We are always looking for talented designers to work on a freelance basis. If you are interested, please contact us at talent@shorttimers.com. How can I make a change to my order? Quickly! We strive to get your package underway lickety-split. It's still possible to make a change if you triple time it. Email us at csr@shorttimers.com and let us know. If we intercept your order before it is shipped we may be able to get it done for you. Your email will need the name on the order, your order number (it certainly helps expedite the process), what email address was used to place the order, and the change you want made. Remember, time is of the essence. Why did not I receive a confirmation email? It may have been marked as spam and put into your spam folder. Take a look there. If you cannot find it, then email us at csr@shorttimers.com so we can verify the order went through. Do your shirts ever go on backorder? Not if we can help it. It is a bit of a pleasant surprise when a unit ambushes us and orders shirts for everyone in the unit. While that does tend to deplete the stock a bit, our suppliers are embedded pretty tight, so it doesn't create too much of a ripple in the chain. However, if it looks like your order will be delayed more than a few days, we fire off an email to let you know. Do you sell shirts wholesale? Retailers interested in wholesale quantities should contact us at csr@shorttimers.com and include your contact information, your purchasing circumstances, and any other pertinent information.
